Lisa has over 30 years experience working with children, adolescents, families and professionals in, and out of, the healthcare system setting. She has been responsible for the development and leadership of a system wide Child Life program that served children and families. She serves as a member of the professional advisory board on local foundations in New Jersey that serve children and families which focus on pediatric palliative care and grief support.

In her work with The Association Of Child Life Professionals (ACLP), Lisa has served on the board three times, twice as a Director and once as Treasurer. In addition, she has served on various other committees. Currently, Lisa is the chair of the Community Based Committee.

Lisa has taken her child life role into the community and opened her child life private practice The Next Step Partners in Psychosocial Care LLC
